Toddy Pro Series Cold Brew System 38L Instructions:

• Grind 9.5kg of beans at a coarse setting and pour them into the filter.
• Set the paper filter over the steel filter platform.
• Pour 36L of cold water over the grounds, saturating all of them evenly.
• After 12 hours, use the spigot and dispensing hose to dispense into another vessel.
• Pour, dilute, and enjoy.

This commercial brewer comes in two sizes—38L and 76L—perfect for both medium and high-volume operations. The system comes with no-slip silicone handles that give you the grip needed to move the brewer, even when full.
