Successful Innovation in Sustainability

The E1 Prima introduces the NEO system (New Engine Optimisation) to the main component of the machine, its water heating boilers. Thanks to this technology, the water is heated very quickly, under 8 minutes from cold, guaranteeing a high performance and stable brewing temperatures, while increasing energy efficiency. The stainless steel boilers, even though smaller in volume, are thermally insulated to avoid heat and energy dispersion. Saving you in energy consumption.

Pulling Shots With The E1 Prima

Using standard sized commercial portafilters and filter baskets, and utilising volumetric brewing programs assures the optimal ratios for the tastiest espressos. The Ghost display, nestled on the ideal angle to the barista, offers three simple, uncomplicated  brew buttons with a shot timer that vibrantly lights up clearly in the LED display during a shot and simply fades away when not in use.

Steaming Milk on the E1 Prima

Prima’s Steam-by-Wire is an electronic lever mechanism to dispense steam, and unlike the older style manual taps, has a significant control over dispensing steam with a pressure up to 2.5 bar with elevated power/speed ratio achieved. The Prima guarantees high-quality dry and saturated steam production. Cool-touch Steam Wands round out the perfect mix of performance with reliability.
